The integrated ozone catalyst equipment is used in ozone processes. The principle of ozone wastewater treatment is to utilize the strong oxidizing property of ozone to directly oxidize organic matter in water into CO2 and H2O, or to oxidize and decompose large organic molecules into smaller ones, making them easier to degrade. As an advanced treatment method for wastewater, it post-treats effluent after biochemical treatment or other processes, enhancing the oxidation efficiency and treatment depth of wastewater. This process improves ozone utilization and increases the contact area between water and ozone in a more energy- and cost-efficient manner. After inhaling ozone, it mixes with circulating water and undergoes catalytic oxidation reactions with sewage in the reactor, thereby removing refractory COD in sewage and achieving decolorization. It has extremely strong oxidizing ability for organic pollutants and strong ability to remove organics; with the participation of the catalyst, oxidation selectivity is greatly reduced, making it almost universally applicable; organics are ultimately decomposed into CO2 and H2O, with no toxic or harmful intermediate products, ensuring safety and environmental protection; the pH value can be neutral or alkaline, eliminating the need to adjust the pH of sewage; the ozone generator produces ozone from electricity and air, without chemical agents, ensuring on-site safety and hygiene; the oxidation reaction time is relatively short, generally controlled at around 30 minutes, and the reactor volume is small.
