Storage method:
1. Packaging that has not been put into use should be kept dry during storage to prevent water immersion or moisture. During storage, efforts should be made to prevent crushing by heavy objects.
2. For micro-electrolysis fillers that have been installed in the reactor and put into use, when the treatment system stops operating, the reactor must not be emptied. The fillers inside the reactor should still be immersed in wastewater to avoid exposure to air and oxidation, which could affect the treatment efficiency.
3. During the second startup, the wastewater, after pretreatment and pH adjustment, can be lifted to the micro-electrolysis reactor and put into normal operation.
Micro-electrolysis fillers are produced through microporous activation technology at high temperatures of several thousand degrees, utilizing materials such as iron concentrate, coke powder, metal catalysts, activators, and mixed catalysts. These fillers are porous and honeycomb-like, making them highly effective in treating high-concentration organic wastewater from industries like food, medicine, dyeing, electroplating, and chemical engineering.
When using, a series of issues should be noted, otherwise it will not only affect the speed of water treatment but also increase the cost of sewage treatment. Therefore, the following issues must be paid attention to.
1. It can be applied based on the principle of micro-electrolysis reaction.
2. Oily wastewater must be separated from the oil first.
3. Before using micro-electrolysis packaging, attention should be paid to waterproofing and corrosion prevention. Once it is put into operation, it should always be protected by water. It is not advisable to expose it to the air for extended periods, as it may oxidize in the air, affecting its use.
4. The micro-electrolysis system cannot operate for a long time under alkaline conditions.
