 ▋Product Overview

   
The HZY-TC series catalytic micro-electrolysis filler is a catalyst developed by HaiZhiYan specifically for wastewater that is difficult to degrade and not easily biodegradable. It is produced using a multi-metal alloy catalyst and high-temperature micropore activation technology, and is a new type of additive-type non-caking micro-electrolysis filler. It has completely eliminated the caking and passivation issues of traditional products, and can efficiently remove COD from wastewater, reduce chromaticity, and improve biodegradability, with stable and long-lasting treatment effects. This filler is an important guarantee for the continuous reaction of micro-electrolysis effects, and its composition, technical performance, operation, and use greatly affect its treatment effect on wastewater.

▌production process

Alloy catalytic micro-electrolysis filler is produced by uniformly mixing high-purity iron oxide powder, graphite powder, catalyst, and rare earth elements after impregnation and purification. The mixture is then pelletized through a mold and "melted" in a dedicated tunnel furnace using a high-temperature reduction process at 1350℃. The reduction process involves low temperature, high temperature, and curve cooling steps, lasting for more than 48 hours. This process ensures that the components are uniformly fused into one, thus completely eliminating issues such as component separation and pulverization. During the fusion process, a unique microporous framework structure is formed, significantly increasing its specific surface area and reducing its specific gravity.

▌calculation formula

The dosage of the product is calculated based on the water volume and reaction time, which can be determined through experience or experiment. The formula is: treated water volume (m³/h) ÷ product porosity (0.65) × bulk density (1.3) × reaction time. For example, with a water volume of 1m³/h and a reaction time of 2 hours, the calculation is 1 ÷ 0.65 × 1.3 × 2 = 4 tons.
